Correction to Treasurer's Report: The "Prior Year Operating Income and Expense" report (slide 9) did not include the transfer of $13,820 from the Society's account with the Maine Community Foundation to the Society operating account in May 2017. This should have been reported as investment income bringing to total income for FY16-17 to $18,801.34 and changing the net operating revenue to $4,526.95. At the time we viewed this as a transfer between Society accounts. Only later did we discover that we must report disbursements from our Foundation account as investment income to the IRS.
